Upon arrival…

Please arrive 10- 15 minutes prior to your service time and enjoy the pre-treatment spa ritual.

Late arrivals

Will result in service time modification. As a courtesy to all of my clients, all services will start and end on time. Visit: www.LuxuryLotusSpa.com/Appointments for more details

Cancellation policy

We have a strict Cancellation Policy. I kindly ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice for service cancellation/Rescheduling and at least 48 hours advance notice for multiple scheduled services, a credit card number is taken to reserve all group Spa appointments. Life happens, and I understand that sometimes the late cancellation/rescheduling is unavoidable. However, you may be charged 50% - 100% of your service price for insufficient cancellation/rescheduling notice. I will do my best to fill your canceled time and I will not charge you for your canceled appointment if I’m successful in doing so. 

During your visit

This is your time for pure relaxation. In order to receive the full benefit of your chosen service, communicate your needs with you beauty professional(s). Your comfort is our top priority, therefore, please voice any concerns about the pressure used during your treatment, the temperature of your treatment room or any other concerns that you may have.

Quiet Please

To maintain the tranquil feeling, we ask that you turn off your cell phones or make sure that it’s on silent while you are in the spa.

Luxury Lotus Spa Gift Certificates are always available online and at the spa.  We offer E-cards and physical cards. We are unable to refund unused Gift Cards and/or Gift Certificates.
