A healthy diet can have a positive effect on your skin’s health. What we Put into our body is directly linked to our skin’s health. With good or bad first shows up on the skin. Our cleanliness and hygiene does go a long way but when food is not proper, it will certainly show up on skin in the form of blemishes or acne.  Eating certain foods can help clear up your skin and give it a healthier, prettier tone. Here is a list of 10 best beauty foods for acne:


Loaded with vitamin A as well as many other antioxidants, mangoes are one of the best foods to keep your skin replenished with moisture during summer. It also keeps the skin firm and free from any acne-causing agents thus keeping it free from acne and blemishes.


Cucumber is rich in minerals and has high water content. More fluid in the body keeps skin clear and plump. Cucumbers contain 96% water, are rich in fibre and minerals and are cool. They make a great treat during summer and however you have it, slice or dice it and have it alone, they will take away your thirst.
